NOTE:  The ARB recently approved a form that members are to complete when installing a satellite dish.  Since the FCC does not give approval or denial of satellite dishes on private property under 1 meter, the ARB guidelines do not require an approved Exterior Alteration Application either.  We rely on members to notify the HOA in writing when installing a dish.  The attached form will simplify the process when members notify the HOA office of the installation of satellite dishes.
