Happy Fall 2025! I hope you all had a relaxing, fun-filled summer and had an opportunity to enjoy time in our community pool. It’s hard to believe that summer is gone, and we have transitioned into the fall season.  The vibrant fall colors are in full swing across Northern Virginia. We have also ended Daylight Saving Time, which means that days will get progressively shorter.  Please be careful when driving around the community in the mornings and afternoons when our little ones and teenagers are making their way to and from school buses and home – lets make sure to observe the posted speed limits and keep an eye out for the school crossing guards.

On 21 October 2025, the Homeowners Association sponsored an Adult Game Night event, hosted by one of our community residents. This was a great opportunity to meet and get to know some of your neighbors while enjoying some fun games. Attendees had such a great time that we plan on doing it again next year.  Be on the lookout for future announcements!

As customary every year in November, the Compton Village Homeowners’ Association will host its annual meeting, and all homeowners are invited to attend.  This year’s meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7:00 PM.  You can attend the meeting in person, at the Community Clubhouse, or virtually (link will be shared with homeowners via email). This year, we will have a drawing for a $50 gift card to Amazon. So please attend for a chance to win. Light refreshments will also be served. Can't wait to see you there!"
